My Wish for You with Roses and Butterflies

Welcome back and Hi, Nancy Hill for The Rubber Buggy Design Team.  I have a project or card to share with you each Saturday for The Rubber Buggy and hope you are enjoying my site.  The Rubber Buggy has great customer service and fast delivery.  

I have a card made with Heartfelt Creations  Wish stamp set, Heartfelt Creations Botanic Window, Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose  die and stamp sets and Blue Fern Studio Anticipation paper all from The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  

The butterfly was made with the Heartfelt Creations Butterfly Medley collection and colored with NUVO Calypso Coral Mousse and Copic red and yellow markers.  

The Heartfelt Creations Classic Roses were stamped with coral colored ink on yellow paper and sponged with NUVO Calypso Coral Mousse for two roses and the other two with NUVO Lemon Sorbet Mousse.  I added the gorgeous US Artquest Mini Prills-Go Man Go to the center of the small burnt red flowers that were cut out with the small Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose die.  I stamped the Heartfelt Creations All Classic Rose leaves with green ink on light green paper and sponged the edges of the leaves with the green ink.  I have a U-Tube tutorial and by clicking HERE you will see  how I made my cottage roses.  

The card measures 8" x 8" and the full Heartfelt Creations Wish stamp sentiment will go inside this card.

Dancing Witches

The card measures 6 1/2" x 7 1/2" 

I just love making card with the coordinating dies and stamps from the Frantic Stamper.  I am using the new Frantic Stamper Fall release dies on this card.  This die is the 
Frantic Stamper Mix and Match Witches Leg die set with the Frantic Stamper Fun Halloween die, Frantic Stamper Witches Gear die set, and the Frantic Stamper Cute Halloween Icons die set.  

Card measures 6" x 6"
Green Prills were added for the bubbles

I added NUVO Crystal Drops black drops on the witches shoes and eyes of the bat.  I cut out all of the dies with black card stock and added purple, orange and green card stock on the back of the legs and on the witches' dresses.  I used a old Martha Stewart crack paper punch around the edge of the paper to give it an old appearance and other punches for the bottom edges of the dresses.

Wedding Card for My Son

You won't want to miss having the Tattered Lace Essential Book Die Set from The Rubber Buggy that contains 18 dies and two book sized die sets all in one package.  This die set won't last very long and at a real bargain price from The Rubber Buggy.  Click HERE to see on the Pinterest site what this die set has been used for other cards and projects.   

For those following my Saturday blog and The Rubber Buggy Facebook, I have several special cards made with the Tattered Lace Essential Book Die Set.

I used the wonderful NUVO Mouse Calypso Coral and NUVO Mousse Peony Pink to color the roses made with the Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose die and the 

Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose stamp set.  

I used the Heartfelt Creations Classic Wedding paper and dies.  I typed the sentiment using Microsoft Word printed the sentiment from my printer on vellum paper and used spray adhesive to stick it onto the smaller book set in the Tattered Lace Essential Book die set.  I added some border stickers around the edges of the book frame.    

I make my own cherubs with clay using an old Prima Marketing mold and adhere the cherub with the hot glue gun onto the card.  The wedding ring and floral heart were stamps and dies from the Heartfelt Creations Classic wedding collection.

I have a birthday card made with Heartfelt Creations collections all from The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  

My card measures 6 1/4" x 6 1/4".  I made the Heartfelt Creations roses using the Ranger white embossing powder and vellum.  Before molding and shaping the petals for my roses, I used my fingers to apply on the back of each petal the NUVO Embellishment Mousse- Coral Calypso and NUVO Embellishment Mousse - Mother of Pearl.  I just love how the NUVO Mousse colors matched the roses in the patterned paper and how lacy the roses appear with the white embossing powder on the vellum.  I struggled using glue for the vellum flowers so I used a hot glue gun to assemble the roses.  I plan to have a tutorial on how to do these roses within the next few weeks after harvest is over.  I adhered the roses to the rose vine in the Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose stamp and die set.  

The gorgeous patterned paper is from the Heartfelt Creations Classic Wedding Collection Paper and the beautiful birds are found in the Heartfelt Creations Dogwood and Dove stamp and die set.  I colored the dove's breast with a light lavender Copic marker.  I adhere the dove using 3D foam adhesive tape onto the Heartfelt Creations Botanic Window die that was cut with white card stock.  

I added a coral seam binding bow and used the 1/2" Scor-Pal Tape which is double sided to adhere to the card.  I applied three drops of the NUVO to each corner of the card.  If you don't have the NUVO in your supplies, I would suggest you purchase this and from The Rubber Buggy.  This is my favorite of all of the NUVO Crystal Drops and it makes a perfect flat back pearl every time.
